Our mind is a muscle. Training our minds is like learning any physical skill. Therefore, shifting our awareness toward what’s going well and away from what’s going wrong requires gentle practice!

The Cycle takes about 3 minutes per day. Try doing it twice a day. You’ll increase easiness in yourself which will reduce your stress level. This will improve how your body feels and moves!
