This simple questionnaire will help us identify where you are right now. It will give us a clear starting point for our work together. We’ll use your answers to chart your path. It will give you a baseline to review at the end of the program to assess how far you’ve traveled.

In this 60-minute zoom video call, we’ll start with your current situation as detailed in your GPS Coordinates Questionnaire. We’ll select one area to focus on in our call and you’ll share your current strategies for dealing with the dead ends you’re hitting.
During the call, you’ll learn and practice exercises from my signature method Body-Brain Balance® to discover how to change the direction of your thoughts and calm your mind. You’ll have a tool to pause emotional chatter and relieve stress and anxiety so you can quickly and reliably shift your energy and get moving on the road to success again.
Tools to Use on Your Journey
After our call, you‘ll receive a private link to a video of our session so you can practice the exercises we learned during the call. You’ll be able to review the steps you will take during the week to identify when you are stuck in stress or anxiety and to quickly change your direction.
You’ll also receive an EasySheet 7 Days to Your New Path to document your progress. It is especially beneficial for noting potholes and detours because the most important thing you’re practicing this week is getting back on track.

One week after our initial call we’ll have a 30-minute follow-up zoom video call. You’ll share the discoveries you made during the preceding week and ask questions if needed. We’ll review the steps of the process making clarifications and refinements, and discussing applications for upcoming events. I had my formal observation Thursday. It’s usually a nerve-wracking experience. But I was so exhausted that I didn’t care. Then I realized how badly that would read so I thought if I was easy, conserved energy through being easy then maybe I could pull off my lesson so my principal wouldn’t grade me down for a lackluster performance. I couldn’t find an easy place anywhere at first because of systemic muscle pain, long story, but finally, I realized that the book we were reading as a class was in my right hand and my right hand was actually easy.
